Adam has over 28 years’ experience in sales, sales training and sales management across the pharmaceutical and analytical instrumentation business sectors.
While at Waters Adam gained experience of a range of analytical techniques from HPLC/UPLC, Mass Spectrometry and Informatics across multiple business sectors; Pharma, Clinical, Academia, Industry, Food + Environmental.
In 2001 Adam spent 3 years working out of the Waters Corporate HQ as a Global Sales Training Specialist where his responsibility was to design and deliver sales training programs in order to improve the efficiency of the sales cycle and help accelerate business results. During this period Adam gained expert knowledge of the PRIME Diagnostic Selling Process™.
Between 2004 and 2019, Adam fulfilled a range of sales management roles at Waters with responsibility across the UK, Ireland and the Nordic countries for promoting instrumentation, consumable and the after-sales service market.
During his spare time Adam likes to try and get away from his wife and young family by playing golf but when at home will take full responsibility for managing the barbecue, enjoys listening to music (on vinyl) and coaching year 4 hockey kids on a Sunday morning.
